To the public at large, mention hypnosis and many will envision entranced subjects being commanded by a hypnotist to perform funny acts on a stage while completely under her control. Others will think of the therapeutic uses of hypnosis, helping a subject to overcome a bad habit or relieve chronic pain. However mention erotic in connection with hypnosis and it is quite possible you will be met with rolling eyes. Hypnosis cannot possibly be erotic, can it?
You may ponder the idea for a moment and realize, well yes just about anything can be erotic. I mean if someone may find a pair of boots an erotic vision, then can it truly be that much of a stretch to think about about hypnosis having an erotic element?
I can say with all certainty there are those among us who experience strong sensations of eroticism just thinking about the act of hypnosis either as the subject or hypnotist. That is correct, for some hypnosis is a true fetish, perhaps not as well known as the more common foot fetish, however a true fetish nonetheless.
We might conclude that erotic hypnosis is something that exists purely in the minds of those with a hypnosis fetish. But wait, there is more, as seldom is anything explained with such a simple definition. Most anything can be transformed into something erotic by added some form of sexual content. Couples may use hypnosis as an element of sexual foreplay. In other cases hypnosis may contain visualizations of sexual acts. The latter is a common scenario and may attract those both with and without a true hypnosis fetish.
There is yet another form of erotic hypnosis, something very pure and which may occur regardless of the particular topic of the hypnosis itself. It is something I have come to refer to as the “connection.” Not always the case but tends to occur most often when there is deep trust in the subject for the hypnotist and the hypnotist possessing sincere care for the subject. It is when mind becomes in sync with words, a near perfect connection.
You may recall the human mind being referred to as the most erogenous of the zones. When the connection is present, hypnotist’s words stroke the mind of the subject in ways that go beyond any form of tactile sensation. It’s one of those things that does not occur all the time, but when it does the feeling is magic. It is something that may occur unexpectedly as well as a sense beforehand that this moment is going to be special.
Now I cannot recall Goddess Cathy Venus ever using the term “connection” in the context that I have used it here. She may call it something else, the thing I most certainly can recall is that she has a special gift for it. I felt it the first time I watched her video, The Ensonsing, and have felt it several time since.
As you might have assumed, I am one of those having a fetish for hypnosis. It is the thing that fueled my interest in the topic and caused me to seek out the experience. However it is that experience of connection that has kept my interests and desires alive. It is erotic hypnosis in it’s purest form.
